Perennial. Excellent for pasture, grazing and hay. Usually mixed with grasses. Long-lived with a deep taproot and running stems. Ideal pasture when sown with Orchard Grass (p. 47). Sow 4 to 5 lbs. per acre alone or use 2 to 3 lbs. with 10 to 12 lbs. of Orchard Grass. 60 lbs. per bu.
