Compact, healthy, dark green plants have blue flowers and produce 4 to 5 in. potatoes in a beautiful mix ranging from red to rose blush skin tones. Flesh is creamy white and yellow with great texture and flavor – a happy medium between a yellow-skinned potato and a russet. Especially good for mashing or boiling. 90-100 days.
