Winter Squash, Black Futsu
#S03629
A 17th century Japanese heirloom! Flattened, round fruits ripen from dark green/black to aunique, pale gray and are heavily ribbed and bumpy. Fruits weigh about 2 lbs. and have thin, edible skins – so there's no need to peel. Smooth, find grained, orange flesh has a sweet, nutty flavor. Enjoy raw or roasted. Stores well up to 5 months. Great for fall decor. 90 days.
