Our most heavily warted variety stands up better to extreme handling. Slightly larger and more heavily warted than our True Green Hubbard, from which it was bred. Fruits are an attractive bronze-green and well-shaped. Flesh is golden yellow, fine-grained, dry and rich-flavored. Very hard- shelled. Excellent for storage or shipping. Vines are vigorous and productive. Weighs 12 to 14 lbs.
