Best flavor of all winter squash. Thick, orange flesh cooks dry, tastes like sweet potatoes. Less fiber, deep green skin, flecked with gray. Weighs 3 to 5 lbs. Turban-shaped, 4-1/2 inch thick by 6-1/2 inch across. Fruits form distinctive button on the blossom end.
