Scalloped, 1 to 2 lb. fruits have dark green and light green striped skins, a small seed cavity and an exceptional flavor.Mildly sweet fruits grow approx. 4 to 5 in. wide when fully mature, but are the most tender at the baby stage when they're still attached to the edible blooms. Fruits can be harvested at either stage of maturity. Vigorous, bushy plants have a mounded, open habit, minimal spines and grow 24 in. tall by 36 in. wide. High yielding. 40-45 days.
