Traditional favorite for 12 to 15 lb. Halloween pumpkins and there is likely more of it grown commercially than any other variety. Well established as the model for Jack-O'-Lanterns, the flesh is extra-thick and is less likely to produce lopsided pumpkins. The hard skin is ridged and dark orange. Keeps for a long time. 110 days.
