An old-timer originally introduced by Shumway's over 50 years ago and still one of the best for freezing. Medium-sized pods, about 3-1/2 inches long, filled with 8 to 9 medium-green, small succulent peas. Produces peas well into the hotter June and July weather. Compact 28 inch vine.
