Attractive, globe-shaped bulbs, approx. 3 to 4 in. in diameter, have strong skins that dry quickly. Delicately colored purple-pink rings have a flavor that is pungent, yet lightly sweet. Great for roadside stands where its nice pink color stands out among other varieties. Well-adapted and easy-to-grow with excellent storage. Intermediate resistance to Pink Root.
