The sweetest Romaine lettuce, highly recommended for Caesar salad. Plant is tall (10 in.), erect and cylindrical. Light green outer leaves, creamy yellow heart. Leaves are crisp, sweet and flavorful, with crunchy, very juicy midribs. Delicious tossed with other greens. Self-blanching.
