Big bulbs up to 10" across are at least twice the size of other varieties. The best part is that even with their incredible size, the bulbs have no trace of woodiness. Tender white flesh has sweet delicate flavor. Harvest smaller bulbs earlier to allow about 12 inches of space between other plants for giant development.
