2025 All-America Selections Winner! Flattened-round, 4 to 5 in., white fleshed bulbs are uniform, crisp, nearly fiberless and have a sweet flavor with peppery undertones. Bulbs are a vibrant purple that extends to the stems and veins of the leaves creating a very ornamental plant. Leaves are highly flavorful when young and tender. Whether grown in the spring or fall, it will continue to produce flavorful, crack-resistant bulbs. Stores well. Plants grow to 12 to 16 in. tall. Great for containers. Highly resistant to Fusarium with intermediate resistance to Black Rot. 42 days.
