A versatile and delicious heirloom that can be grown in either the spring or fall, depending on your location. Bright green pods are ready to be harvested when they are full to the touch for fresh beans or alternatively, leave them on the vine for dried beans. As an added bonus, the leafy green tops of young plants have a flavor similar to spinach and can be enjoyed fresh or cooked. Heavy yielding plants grow 2 to 5 ft. tall. 70-90 days.
