Bean, Hutterite Soup
#S01228
Unique, greenish-yellow seeds have distinctive dark rings around the eyes and an earthy, buttery flavor. An excellent soup bean that cooks down to make creamy, hearty soups. Requires a very short cooking time. Brought to the U.S. in the late 1800's and still grown today by the Hutterite communities in Montana. Very productive. 75-80 days.
