Bean, Pole, Alabama Black Eye Lima
#S01202
A delicious heirloom saved for generations in Alabama. Technically a lima, but commonly called a butterbean in the South, it can be used as a green shell bean or as a dry bean. Requires a strong trellis as the vines are vigorous and tall. Very productive in hot summers; it tolerates drought well. Extremely hard to find. 90- 100 days.
