Later and slightly larger than our Dwarf Blue Curled Vates variety. Grows 12 to 18 inches tall. Plant is leafy and sprawling with large, light green leaves with frilly edges. The leading variety in the southern part of the U.S. More widely adaptable than Scotch. Can withstand frost, which actually improves the flavor. Will stand the entire winter in much of the South. Widely used as cooked greens or chopped for use in sandwiches and salads.
