One of our best stuffing varieties and most popular overall. Smooth and glossy fruits are dark green when young and brilliant red when ripe. The flesh is thick, crisp, juicy, and sweet. Fruits are large, about 4 inches long, 4 inches across, and blocky. Attractive sliced in salads. Plants provide good leaf cover and high yields.
