An ideal pickling cabbage, the largest and surest heading variety we know. Exceptionally large, purplish heads are flattened and measure 8 to 10 in. across, with an average weight of 5 to 8 lbs. To all its other virtues, add the fact that it's an excellent storing cabbage that holds up well over time. One of our all-time favorites, and a favorite of our customers as well.
