Plant peas in cool weather, as soon as the soil can be worked. Make several plantings every 10 days for a continuous harvest. Plant again in late summer for a fall crop. Plant in double rows 3 inches apart, with seed planted at a depth of 2 inches. Cover with 1 to 2 inches of fine soil. Use our trellis for support. For maximum yields, peas should be inoculated before planting. 1/2 pound will plant 60 feet.
